Category B fit out:
This type adds the final elements to the space. It includes partition walls, meeting rooms, branded features, workstations, break areas, and IT installations. The fit out is designed around the activities and layout mandatory by the business. This is often carried out once a tenant has taken up the space and plans are finalized.
Turnkey fit out:
In a turnkey project, the contractor handles everything from start to finish. This includes both design and build, along with furniture and all interior finishes. Once done, the space is ready for use. It is one of the quicker approaches when time is limited and everything should be in place before move-in.
Retail fit out:
Retail fit outs are focused on product display, customer movement, and brand presentation. These include counters, shelving, signage, point-of-sale systems, and lighting setups. Each element is planned to support the way goods are displayed and purchased.
Hospitality fit out:
Hospitality interiors are prepared to serve food, host guests, or support leisure services. These projects include kitchen fittings, dining areas, seating plans, lighting, and decorative features. All elements are arranged to support service and visitor experience.
